1. Agreement
By accessing or using robomap.ai, the Robomap app, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Platform role
Robomap provides a marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers. Robomap is not the employer of providers and does not perform the on-site services booked through the platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Accounts and bookings
You are responsible for the accuracy of booking details, site access information, and account credentials. Service availability, pricing, and arrival times may vary based on location, provider availability, and service category.
4. Payments and cancellations
Fees, taxes, cancellation windows, and refund eligibility are shown during checkout or in your booking confirmation. Business accounts may be subject to separate commercial terms agreed with Robomap.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with providers or other users, attempt unauthorized access, or use Robomap for unlawful, unsafe, or fraudulent activity.
6. Liability
Robomap provides the platform on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Robomap is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from provider performance, scheduling delays, or third-party systems.
